Wow

This is like the 3rd time you've gone on about Lisa Hannah. It's sounding like a personal vendetta and bordering on slanderous. You're not worth the time to read.

Red Stater

We know Lisa's mind, we know yours, we now know her occupation and her work location. We don't know yours, do we? You're happy to divulge private info on her, but are to cowardly to speak about yourself.

He's the case. You're one of the mindless attack ferrets that have made my party, the party of Mark Foley, what it is today. The thing is, I like many Republicans, or, at least the ones who have a firm belief in conservative values to better America know where the GOP came from. I wouldn't piss on you if you were on fire because, because you are not a conservative, you are not of the Grand ol' Party of Abe. You merely hate, and have never put forward a response to her comments. Please do so, and you'll be attacking Chuck Hagel, a proper conservative, proper Republican, and vet, who shoelaces you wouldn't be fit to tie. Attack him, go on, I dare you. I double dare you. Show how much you hate him. Hate him because he's opposed our president sending "our boys into that meat grinder." I want to win in Iraq, but iof we can't I don't want to stay there in order to not be proven wrong, or worse, sensible. Politics are not as important than lives.

Or are you just blinkered and hate Democrats. Hate Ben Nelson? he's so far to the left he's quoting the Little Red Book, right? Sure, hate him with all your spleen. Even though he pretty much votes for the republican line every time. For you, it's not about party, or ideaology, it's about being in power. We're not anymore, we need to appeal to people rather than telling them their scum for disagreeing with us.

Any day with you on the Nebraska Blogoshpere is a sad one, because you are a shadow of the great conservatives, who could go toe to toe with the liberal lions and debate them back to the hills. You don't have that ability. It's easy to debate the left wingers, and even the middlers like Lisa Hannah. You're not the one to do it, because of the bile you spew.

I don't have the problem with her going after Smith. If he's honest, and true to the people of the third district, of which I am one, more power to him. Jury's still out. he voted against minimum wage, good, but I'd like to know why. he hasn't given a straight answer. Hannah has asked for it. It's her right. And it's pathetic if you want to attack her for doing what citizens have a right to do. Make's me question your commitment to democracy, and again, why you're in MY party.

Get out of the way and let someone capable run this site. You're embarrassing the party. Please resign from it. We lost congress because weasels like you stopped imtimidating people and just started to annoy them.

It's time the GOP started being the Elephant again and stopped acting like rodents.

Lisa

I feel sorry for you, whoever you are, hiding behind your screen.

I took the high road the first time you made a personal attack on me. You fail to point out that it was you I was talking to, and I chose not to point a direct finger at you. I sent you this email:

From: "Lisa H" Add to Address Book Add Mobile Alert
Subject: An Invitation
To: binniebix@hotmail.com

If you feel that there is false information presented on my site, you are more than welcome to drop me a line detailing what information you feel is incorrect. I would really encourage you to do so, as I respect and appreciate well thought-out dialogue. I have yet to see you do so. Going after the messenger instead of the message is rather petty and sad.

I look forward to hearing from you and participating in a discussion on the issues regarding Mr. Smith's ongoing actions or inactions in Congress, rather than you worrying about who or what I am.

Thank you.
Lisa Hannah

You also failed to point out what else I said on my site:

"But I do make it clear that if anyone reads this and disagrees with a position, or has a different take on an issue, PLEASE post a comment! I will post all comments pertaining to the subject."

I have taken the high road in trying to engage a fellow blogger who seems to have taken a rather obsessive interest in me. I previously chose (and will continue to do so on my site) not to directly point the finger at you. Whatever your issues are, you have yet to engage in the dialogue which I invited you to engage in: What about the issues I've discussed do you have a different take on? If you think Mr. Smith is doing a good job, or you agree with him, then so be it. Post a comment. Say so. I welcome it.Kyle offered the same thing to you, also trying to take the high road.

You said that "Normally, here in the Nebraska blogosphere, we are polite and fair." We are polite and fair to our fellow bloggers. If we have comments about their posts, we say so on their sites. We acknowledge the right to opinions, the right to disagree. It's an unspoken code among Nebraska bloggers especially. We do not attack each other in the most personal ways possible.

I'm going to now be upfront with you about this matter. I have contacted Typepad and reported your quest as an abuse of the terms of your agreement with them. Specifically these issues:

----
You agree that you will not:

(a) upload, post, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy (up to, but not excluding any address, email, phone number, or any other contact information without the written consent of the owner of such information), hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;

(f) upload, post or otherwise transmit any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, rights of privacy or publicity, or other proprietary rights of any party;

(k) "stalk" or otherwise harass another;
-----------

While information may be available in the wide-open world of the internet, that does not make me any less of a private citizen exercising their first amendment right. If I were a publically elected official, it would be different, but I'm not. I'm a private citizen going about their life, just as you are. By searching and then compiling my private identifying information which are not relevant to my political views or the views I express on my site, you are violating my rights, and directly violating the terms you agreed to.

I am priviledged enough to have friends who are attorney's, and whom I have tonight discussed this matter with. I have no wish to have this go any further, and I will always welcome your views on any issues I discuss on my site. But should you pursue this matter further, I may have no choice, as I cannot have you creating an atmosphere that causes harm and injury to my personal life and wellbeing. I've already had personal threats to my life in the past by simply speaking up in letters to the editor to my local paper. I request you take down the personal information about me, and stick to your hatefilled statements against me, since you feel that is a relevant topic rather than discussing the issues I've presented. It simply reflects on your lack of depth, something you have a right to display if you so choose. But I do not give you permission to present any information on me that I do not wish to have compiled and presented, as is directly addressed in your terms of agreement for the Typepad site. Specifically: "You agree that you will not upload, post, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that is....abusive, harassing....libelous, invasive of another's privacy (up to, but not excluding any address, email, phone number, or ANY OTHER CONTACT INFORMATION WITHOUT THE WRITTEN CONSENT OF THE OWNER OF SUCH INFORMATION)"

I am the owner of my identity and I do not consent to you. Thank you.

BinnieBix

I haven't heard from Typepad, but if I do, I'll let you know. I doubt that they'll take the same view of this that you do.

I'm curious to know what information do you think crosses the line? In your own online postings, you've made it clear that you work or are closely associated with CPS.

You've sought publicity for your blogging in Nebraska papers. It doesn't seem reasonable to me that you would both post information online about your boss and your job--information that includes the URL of your blog--and seek publicity for your blog, and then threaten lawsuits and TOS issues when someone points to posts you created.

If anyone violated the privacy of your job, and the connection of your job to your online behavior, I believe that most people would think it was you.

Like I'd Tell You

I've been on the Independent forum for years with Lisa, and it's from you that I've heard what she does for a living. Binniebix, let's get your name so we can look you up and post all your information for all 5 of your readers to see. But you probably don't want them to know you're a fag, closet pedophile, and NAMBLA member. Now go make me a sammich, bitch.

Uncle Wiggily

Golly, Mr. Fiddler ... it certainly seems you've hit a nerve or six with this particular post. I can hear her hyperventilating clear over here. She has even managed to either recruit or manufacture a couple of what I'll give odds are faux "Reddies" to castigate you.

I'm impressed - I've been blogging for several months and haven't managed to induce even mild seizures in the shrill and fevered Left - and here you pull it off in your first two or three weeks. Nicely done!

BinnieBix

Thanks, Uncle Wiggily.

I haven't hit as many nerves as it might seem. Comments 1, 3 and 4 above all come from the same IP address.

But, I did hear from Typepad in response to Lisa's "terms of service" complaint to them, and they say that if I don't remove 13 words from the post, they will remove them by the close of business on Friday.

I'm permitted to respond and I expect to do that when I have a window of time to draft the response.

BinnieBix

I mistyped. Comments 1, 3 and 5 (not 4) all come from the same IP address.

In other words, the memorable line "But you probably don't want them to know you're a fag, closet pedophile, and NAMBLA member. Now go make me a sammich, bitch" has the same IP address as Comment #3, left by someone purporting to be Lisa.

I've decided to remove "the 13 words" Typepad asked me to remove, while asking them to re-consider. Look forward to updates.

Ordinary Citizen

I remember on the Independent Forums, Lisa cut and pasted what she claimed was a relative's letter to the editor in an Arizona newspaper. I remembered it reminded me of a similar letter to the editor in the Independent. Turns out it was her own letter, and I linked the Independents version on the forums then her husband threatened to hunt me down and kick my ass. They operate as a tag team, she runs her yap, and he has to clean up the mess.

The funniest part is where they made up a bullshit story about someone sticking something in their mailbox that said "i know where you live" after this incident. Nothing like producing paranoid drama to try and get people to feel sorry for you.

Perhaps toning down your internet tough guy talk would prevent people from going that extra mile to get you back.

Good to see she is still a racist bigot. I notice she still has the lisp too. A rather annoying one.

Ordinary Citizen

I seen a picture of Lisa on facebook. JESUS! It looks like she swallowed Brazil!

I also seen where she stepped down from her position in the third district, because people were talking behind her back. Awwwww boo hoo, the little gossiper got a taste of her own medicine, how tragic. Good riddance.
